As an archaeologist, I appreciate places that have a story, and this beautifully converted factory, once used for mother of pearl, certainly provided that. The spacious and meticulously clean rooms offered comfort that’s often hard to find on a budget. Plus, they accommodated my dogs without fuss—definitely a win. The restaurant was another pleasant surprise, serving hearty French fare at a fraction of what you'd typically pay elsewhere. Honestly, the value for the quality of meals we had was striking. What further impressed me was the friendly staff. From Veronique at reception to the restaurant team, their hospitality made the stay memorable. With ample free parking right outside and convenient features like air conditioning and a lovely terrace, this hotel is a smart choice for value-seeking travelers.
